A 60 years old woman ,daily labour by occupation come to our casuality with decreased urine output and shortness of breath  since 10 days. History of present illness:- - Patient was asymptomatic 7 years back . -Patient is suffering from shortness of breath and cough for which she is using medication  -Patient has facial swelling , shortness of breath 2 months back for which she visited government hospital . -Patient there came to know that she has kidney problem  for that she was using medication

A 65 years old man ,mason by occupation came to the casuality with weakness of left lower and upper limb since 1 month. History of present illness:- -Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 month back ,then he developed weakness of left lower and upper limbs. -Patient had similar weakness in December 2020  ,while he was having his breakfast ,he said that he was unable to lift the glass of water and unable to stand up from the chair. -Patient took medication  for that and again he developed weakness

A 55 years male patient from kondapakagudem ,presented to OPD on 04.08.2021 with a complaint of decreased urine output since 3 days.
